Contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery BEFORE washing shirts and/or wearing any bows. We cannot offer any credit if shirts are washed or altered in any way. Bows must be unworn and exactly as delivered.
All requests for credits/returns, must be done within 3 days of receiving. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Lost or damaged packages need to be filed with the USPS. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on lost or damaged packages! Please purchase insurance if you are worried about shipping and tracking.
